Job Summary:
Technical design documentation
Spike Solutions (as needed): preliminary code and configuration information developed to test a concept or mitigate risk as needed (such as performance)
Application code base: application code (deployed in production) and configuration information, and unit test scripts
Other documentation: updated operational guides, transition guides, release playbooks, release certification checklists and other mutually agreed upon documentation
Configuration management deliverables such as build scripts
QA deliverables as applicable including test cases, test strategy documents, automated test scripts, and testing status dashboards
Participate in release planning activities, including scope prioritization, work estimates, scheduling / key milestones, and issue resolution
Production user support for IV applications
Managing incidents
Escalating to respective team members
Data quality checks
Monitoring Health checks
Assist in the triage and resolution of batch, data and analytics issues
Creating standard operating procedures (SOP) for all standard issues / recon breaks
