Job Details:

Identifying Company’s existing and emerging needs for designated category, and applying industry leading sourcing and service delivery practices:

Providing category insight, expertise and education to maximize value of sourced solutions

•       Establishing a global, high performance sourcing capability
•       Stakeholder collaboration to align to category strategic roadmap and sourcing strategies
•       Developing and leveraging supplier relationships; identifying vendors to meet the needs of the business, while minimizing costs and maximizing value.
•       Leveraging changing industry delivery models
•       Creating value through best in class sourcing practices

Strategy Development And Execution

Develop and implement sourcing and supplier strategies to align with client’s 3 – 5 year roadmap. This position will provide:

•       The strategic direction, insight and approach to manage supplier relationships and procuring goods and services to meet client business goals.
•       The strategic sourcing capability and scalable talent that will enable client to lead significant change and create the maximum business value
•       External perspective (technology, industry, sourcing best practices, peer group, macro and socio economics) relevant to client business needs
•       Internal perspective (business goals and legal/regulatory considerations) in all aspects of our operations and strategy.
•       Inspires the organization to deliver the strategic sourcing objectives and supporting goals.
•       Develops and attracts the people required to execute sourcing strategies.
•       Develops and drives the use of appropriate sourcing and service delivery standards and ensures execution consistent with them.
