Oracle C2M - Software Test Engineer

Experience, Skills and Abilities

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science or related area of study, or demonstrated equivalent work experience is required

• Minimum 5 years of working experience in quality assurance/testing field

• Minimum 5 years of working experience in designing, developing and executing tests for the Oracle C2M or CC&B systems.

• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience with the requirements and test management tools (i.e. Quality Center/ALM)

• Experience with executing automated test scripts via automated test tools (i.e. Unified Functional Testing (Quick Test Professional), Performance Center (Load Runner), etc.) is a plus

• Familiarity with Object-Oriented Programming languages (C++, C#, Java, etc.) or Scripting Languages (VBScript, PowerShell, etc.) is a plus

• Minimum 5 years of working experience with testing of desktop applications, web applications, web services (APIs), and mobile technologies

• Experience in writing SQL queries and querying database(s) (Oracle, SQL)

• Experience in working with Unix, command prompt, telnet is a plus

• Experience in working with the “NavigateOne” is a plus

• Experience in working with the Utility Industries / Operations is a plus

 

Oracle C2M – Functional Test Analyst (PMO/SME team)

Experience, Skills and Abilities

Oracle C2M - Test Architect

Experience, Skills and Abilities

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in developing test strategy for implementing customer information systems

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in testing and quality assurance of Oracle C2M or Oracle CC&B systems

• Solid background in software quality and testing

• Hands on experienced in software analysis and design

• Profound coding and test automation skills

• Strong understanding of functional and non-functional testing

• Recent experience building test plans and pinpointing gaps in the test capabilities

• Previous experience providing hands-on technical leadership to experienced testing teams

• Proven ability to generate a planning model and metrics estimating the ROI of test automation initiatives

• In-depth knowledge of the current industry-wide testing techniques, tools, and methodologies

 

Oracle C2M Infrastructure Engineer

Minimum skills and experience:

• Minimum 3-5 years of progressive relevant experience in IT support roles.

• Experience with Oracle C2M application.

• Oracle Linux certification and Oracle RAC experience

• Experience with Puppet for software configuration management and automating deployments.

• Solid customer focus and ability to manage client expectations.

• Proficiency in MS Office Suite tools.

• Ability to plan and oversee day-today activities independently.

• Solid troubleshooting skills including ability to identify and assess risk to determine action.

• Solid Analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Solid oral and written communication skills.

 

Oracle C2M Infrastructure Lead

Minimum skills and experience:

• Minimum 5-8 years of progressive relevant experience in IT support roles.

• Experience with Oracle C2M application.

• Oracle Linux Certification highly desired.

• Expert knowledge of Oracle Linux, SUSE Linux/, Oracle RAC and/or VMWare ESX, as well as, network protocols.

• Experience with Puppet for software configuration management and automating deployments.

• Administrator experience with directory services, r MS Active Directory.

• Experience with Fibre Channel zoning and provisioning SAN storage solutions, especially Hitachi is highly desired.

• Solid customer focus and ability to manage client expectations.

• Proficiency in MS Office Suite tools.

• Ability to plan and oversee day-to-day activities independently.

• Solid troubleshooting skills including ability to identify and assess risk to determine action.

• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.

Oracle C2M Database Administrator

Minimum skills and experience:

• Minimum 5 years of experience supporting Oracle C2M or CC&B databases and Oracle EBS R12, with demonstrated abilities in the following areas:

• Installing, configuring, upgrading and patching Oracle 9/10/11 databases and Oracle R12;

• Customizations and updates;

• Cloning of databases and R12 environments;

• Supporting concurrent managers, forms, reports servers, web servers;

• Outstanding troubleshooting capabilities;

• Backup and recovery (rman);

• Performance tuning;
