Role: Project Manager- Test

Role:
- Institutionalize our policies and practices for automation excellence by participating in the creation of the guidelines, coaching teams, and conducting governance checks. Will also be responsible for assisting the app teams on correcting the identified non-compliance findings to ensure that we maintain test automation implementation and usage at the expected levels.
- Define and monitor engagement model with vendors in terms of Test Automation standards and operations.
- Make use of information collected during governance checks to foster process improvements.
- Participate in enterprise Test Automation assessments, including validation of Test Management tools usage.
- Continuously update templates and process documentation in Test Automation SharePoint.
- Organize and present Workshops, Lunch and learns, webinars in order to spread the mission of Test automation team.
- Serve as a representative of Test Automation values and standards, increasing visibility to our team as a brand and an internal Test Center of Excellence.
- Define & publish KPI for automated testing, engaging with Application and PowerBI teams in order to implement the changes needed to achieve reliable metrics.
