Job Title: Senior Project Manager
Work Location : Canonsburg, PA 15317
Contract duration: 12 Months

Important Note: Candidate must be available to start work immediately as this project is already underway. The candidate must also be in a position to be extended to work on other Empower engagements throughout 2021 as requested by client.

PROJECT OVERVIEW & SCOPE OF WORK
Following is a list of activities expected to be completed by the Empower Program Manager:
• Take over and manage project plan
• Coordinate Waters & client resources
• Ensure project deliverables are completed per project timelines
• Execute technical upgrade deliverables at the direction of the Waters technical team
• Perform ad-hoc testing as required
• Ensure Waters is executing their deliverables per Waters contract

The Program Manager will work with the overall Lab Informatics Program Manager and the Lab Informatics Technical Lead. Other duties will be assigned based upon the work happening in the entire lab portfolio.

Following is a list of skills required for the Program Manager
• Must have experience overseeing large Empower upgrade projects
• Must have exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Must work US hours and be able to flex to support communication with resources based in EMEA and Australia
• Must have functional working knowledge of Empower
• Must have deep understanding of Pharmaceutical computer system validation protocols
• Must have experience managing global teams and external vendors
• Must be an independent self-starter and capable of driving work to its completion with little external direction
