Role: IT Project Manager with Life Sciences domain
Location: East Hanover, NJ and Waukegan, IL
Job Description:
- 12+ years of experience as IT Project Manager in Life Sciences (Pharmaceutical, Biotech, or Medical Devices) supporting large applications and systems implementations and/or upgrades.
- 8+ years of experience leading and managing acquisition and integration projects
- 5+ years of experience leading and managing Regulatory Affairs IT projects
- Must have 5+ years of experience as Senior IT project management experience managing ERP (SAP and/or Oracle specifically) and business application implementation.
- Must have financial forecast and budget management skills.
- Experience in creating and managing complex, cross-team project plans; prior success in driving execution of large-scale project plans with teams in multiple time zones.
- Skilled in analyzing complex data, preparing project documentation, status and executive reporting at various levels within the organization, and providing support to the overall IT Program Manager.
- Strong business partner and vendor management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Understanding of Life Sciences Regulatory requirements or another high regulated industry
- 8+ years of experience managing full life-cycle technical projects or programs of an increasingly large and complex scale in life sciences, or another highly regulated industry.
- Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in business, computer science, engineering, or a related discipline or 8+ years equivalent work experience is required.
