SDET. C# or Java SQL UNIX

The managers there were truly looking for an SDET.

Note: The largest importance of C#/Java here. ALL CANDIDATES must be work hands-on with C#/Java.

Additionally, the client is currently using Ranorex, so experience with that tool would be our first choice, Selenium/QTP would be the second.

All candidates must be coming from financial:

Required Skills and Knowledge:

· Knowledge of QA automation tools such as QTP, Selenium or Ranorex

· C# or Java, hands on experience; SQL experience

- Experience testing web-based solutions

· Understanding of the software development lifecycle, preferably Agile

· Strong interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills

· Experience working within the trading, market data or pricing sector of financial services; Capital Markets / Fixed Income preferred

· Object Oriented automation framework design

Preferred Skills and Knowledge (not required)

· FIX Protocols

· Securities trading or fixed income experience

· BS in Computer Science or similar discipline

· Basic UNIX shell scripting and basic networking concepts

· Basic Jxbrowser concepts
