Title: System Admin – min 10+ years

Location: Tallahassee, FL 

Duration: long term 

No OPT's and CPT's

Client:  FDLE St of FL and rate $50/h on C2C 

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for system software as well as application software and Linux OS.

• Review application logs. Monitor system on daily basis and respond immediately to security concerns.

• Upgrade systems and processes (release management) as required for enhanced functionality and security issue resolution. knowledge of system vulnerabilities and security issues.

• Participate in Change Control process and perform deployment of releases and software patches.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field

• 10 years of experienced System Administrator in over all aspects of the configuration and maintenance 

• Red Hat Linux, Java, Apache HTTP server, JBOSS suites (Application server, AMQ, Fuse, JBPM), JBOSS Web console, JBOSS Profiler, Open AM/DJ

• Knowledge on Scheduler and Batch process

• Experience working in State and/or Public Sector domain

• Oracle, Any automation tool

• In Depth knowledge of Red Hat and the product line
