Location: The client is in Columbus, OH but this is a remote role
Our large electric energy client is looking for a PeopleSoft Administrator to support their current PeopleSoft FI 9.0 and HR 9.1 environment while current staff joins a project to upgrade to PeopleSoft 9.2. This will be a combination DBA/application developer role.
Responsibilities
The following responsibilities are spread across multiple environments (i.e. Development, Test, and Production), and include 35+ databases
- Integration Broker Messaging between HR, Finance, Expense, OIM, Maximo, Cook, DWMS/Storms, Web Methods.
- Maintenance of security certificates maintenance
- Application of PeopleSoft/Expense PUMs after upgrades
- Internal/external user sFTP and password maintenance for HR integrations
- PeopleSoft Tuning
- Server maintenance
- Monitor and resolve server bounces
- Process and Scheduler cache clearance
- Space management
- Set up and maintenance of application server domains
- Logins
- Integration Broker messaging
- Security Administration for PeopleSoft Finance and Expense
- Password Administration across all environments and impacted application
- Maintain CRON jobs
- Work with Middleware on the F5 setup used for HR with the Portal
- Perform Tools and Database upgrades across all environments
- Initiate and validate database refreshes
- Assist Application teams (both Support and Projects) with trace files, tuning, migrations and much more in the development and test environments
- Restart application servers, process schedulers as needed when issues arise in the test environments.
- Support Auditing and SOX controls
- Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual queries and certifications
