Job Description:

Req: Data Migration from all the NAA Legacy Systems( Mainframe, Custom .NET Apps and other type of legacy data sources ) to Salesforce system with responsibilities including data collection, reporting development, and analytics execution with data quality.

Expertise on Salesforce Service object data model.

Candidate with Salesforce certification is preferred.

a) Should be able to work using scrum tools in agile environment.

b) Plan the efforts and estimates for the Technical work that must be done for all the modules.

c) Involve in requirement gathering, design, implementation, testing of data migration and validation/quality tools

d) Design and provide solutions for migration process automation and Reporting for Data Migration team.

e) Co-ordinate with business regional GPOs for mapping the data between legacy systems and the Service System( Salesforce).

f) Validate the alignment of solutions and ensure standardization, simplification and harmonization of the solutions and migration of data from multiple Legacy systems to Salesforce

g) Provide support to resolve any Technical issues during and after the implementation by working with stake holders & other support teams.

h) Involve in mapping the data against the fields available in each report.

i)  Provide solutions for Reporting team to generate the reporting in Salesforce and using PowerBI.
