Job Description:

Need 7 yrs exp on Mainframe /Cobol.

·  Have a Bachelor’s degree in computer science, or any other equivalent degree with a minimum of seven (7) years of programming experience.

·  Have a minimum of seven (7) years of experience in developing programs using Mainframe COBOL, DB2, CICIS, MVS/TSO, JCL and related technologies.

·  Be proficient in writing programs using  Mainframe COBOL, DB2, CICS, MVS/TSO, JCL , Batch & Online Mainframe COBOL, working with flat files in a COBOL Batch environment.

·  Be an expert in writing efficient SQL queries and using stored procedures in Mainframe DB2.

·  Have the ability to tune COBOL, DB2, CICS programs to increase performance.

·  Be an expert in deriving and understanding business rules

·  Be proficient in analyzing, debugging and testing programs.
