Solution Architect:
To define the conceptual structure and characteristics of technology solution for a professional services business engagement and to position technology or solutions in client’s business domain for improving the value to the customer & stakeholders.
The Solution Architect should have overall exposure to enterprise IT and portfolio business knowledge. The SA should be able to define solution architecture and realization of the solution roadmap for an enterprise-scale strategic business initiative / transformation program.
Responsibilities:
- Assesses solution options involving a diverse set of technologies and their seamless integration
- Provides solutions to complex set of business requirements across lines of business / subsidiaries / multiple geographies
- Drive business & technology direction, reviews project / programs at portfolio level across multiple geographies
- Conceptualizes, defines, documents and reviews solution architecture for a domain
- Proposes best fit solution to complex business problems in terms of the vision & architecture
- Conducts architecture review & audit for deliverables
- Owns proposal presentation for large complex bids/RFPs
- Prepares & presents next-generation technology/solution proposition to client/prospect
- Leads in matters relating to program / Project Management, Pre-sales & solution architecture
- Provides tough leadership by influencing clients, industry-analysts and industry experts
- Mentors associates for next-generation architecture, technology & solution visioning.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Key Skills :
- The use of modeling techniques such as use case, scenario modeling, prototyping, benchmarking, and performance modeling to describe the problem space, to size the solution and to validate that the proposed architecture addresses the business requirements

Requirements:
- 15-20 years of total experience operating in Solution Architect role on enterprise-wide strategic / transformation program, at least 3 years in SA role and 3 years in Technical Architect role
- BA/BS/BE/BTech/ME/MTech/MS degree or equivalent, in a technology related field or other degree preferred
- Experience on driving strategic enterprise business solutions are must
- Experience in leading large transformation program
- Experience in working with multiple digital technologies mainly Mobility, Analytics, Cloud, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning and Enterprise content management
- Competent in defining enterprise grade fit for purpose and future proof digital architecture
- Server technologies for web, web service and desktop application development using NodeJS, Angular, C#.NET, ASP.NET, ADO.NET, HTML 5, AJAX, JAVA, WPF, WCF, MVC, jQuery, Entity Framework, LINQ
- Experience with databases (SQL Server, Mongo, MySQL, Oracle)
- Azure Certified Solution Architect, exposure to GCP and AWS is an added advantage.
- Team player who can establish excellent working relationships with peers and other teams
- Ability to work on multiple projects as lead Architect
- Ability to understand business requirements and estimate for delivery commitments
- Utilize application development environments, tools and methodologies across multiple platforms
- Liaise with customer to lead enterprise / business solutions
