Detailed Job Description:

1. Functional consultant has to be a good communicator he/she has to communicate with Customer IT core   team, Business team, Other Vendor (e.g. Infosys) and Own TCS team and Project          Manager

2. Expected to generate knowledge about the current business process, design current business flows, study  

     current business processes and its complication

3. Sound knowledge on Oracle HCM Core HR module and Benefit module and will be having minimum 8 yrs to      

    9 yrs of experience

4. Maintianing configuration workbook.

5. Training manual and user training is also expected

6. Interaction with other modules consultants for cross functional issues.

7. Updation of project status to Project Manager & other concerned persons.

8. When an issue comes to diagnose, analyze and solve it

9. Responsible for enhancements

10. Preparing Test Data & its testing

11. Writing functional specifications
