Key Expectations on skills  

  • Java , UI Layers experience , Node.JS , Scripting & Query writing  
    Integrations experience on CRM platforms – ideally dynamics to salesforce integrations   ( Saas , CRM integrations ) 
  • Build integrations between our front-end and back-end systems using HTTP, JSON and RESTful design principles, using SnapLogic, Layer 7, and Adobe.IO gateway services etc.  
  • Experience in web services and systems integrations using HTTP and RESTful design principles.
  • Experience on Customer Success factors environment a big plus  

What you'll do 

  • Build world class technological solutions, adhering to engineering development standards, and meeting the business expectations. 
  • Configure and Develop business-critical solutions for customer success management platform that integrate with CRM applications like Microsoft Dynamics and Salesforce platform using cloud-based programming language, .Net server-side development along with Javascript, Angular and dynamic web app frameworks on the client-side. 
  • Build integrations between our front-end and back-end systems using HTTP, JSON and RESTful design principles, using SnapLogic, Layer 7, and Adobe.IO gateway services etc. 
  • Lead technical efforts, work closely with Technical Architects, Scrum Masters, Business Systems Analysts and Quality Engineering team members in a geographically distributed Agile-scrum team. 
  • Estimate efforts for feature delivery at both the high-level & detailed level and take ownership of the deliverables. 
  • Troubleshoot issues quickly as well as identify and address root causes, define the solution and get the resolutions deployed. 
  • Participate in code reviews and share feedback and seek opportunities to improve quality. 
  • Adhere to architecture, security and change management guardrails, follow and enrich internal standards and best practices and work to bring on future technologies that improve platforms, efficiency and scalability to the systems. 
  • Be forward looking regarding new features and other technology or tooling that bring new opportunities for efficiency, productivity and development gain across the entire support ecosystem. 

What you need to succeed 

  • Bachelor of Science preferably in Computer Science or Computer Engineering 
  • Overall 7+ years of experience in software development or IT 
  • 3+ years’ experience with Microsoft .Net technology using Visual Studio IDE 
  • 3+ years’ experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM with experience in Dynamics 365 Online 
  • Experience in integrating systems with Gainsighht or GainsghtNXT platform is preferred. 
  • Strong fundamentals in object-oriented languages like .Net and client-side technologies like HTML, CSS, Javascript and with Javascript frameworks 
  • Experience in web services and systems integrations using HTTP and RESTful design principles 
  • Understanding of version control systems and build tools like VSTS (Visual Studio Team Services),  JIRA, Git, Jenkins and ANT 
  • Knowledge of the Scrum methodology and concepts 
  • Excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
  • Excellent knowledge of best development practices 
  • Intense curiosity and a sincere interest in learning new technologies, platforms and business processes
