Role: .Net Developer
Client: NYC OATH (Office of Administrative Trials and Hearings)
Remote position (possibly changing to onsite at future date in Manhattan, NY)
Start: January 4th - 8-12 month project with renewal

MANDATORY SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
A minimum of 7 plus years of experience in full-stack development including experience developing and designing web services using MVC and SOA
Must have experience developing multi-threaded applications
- Envision and build front-end for the site written in ASP.NET, MS Visual Studio .NET, C#, VB.NET, XML, VBScript, HTML, DHTML, JavaScript, Dreamweaver, Bootstrap, Angular JS.
- Develop and Design Web Services using Patterns including Service Oriented Architecture (SOA), Model View Controller (MVC), Facade, Factory, Singleton, Database Access Application Block (DAAB), and Exception Handling Application Block (EHAP).
- Design workflow to support enabling/disabling sign-in and NOA production for remote hearings
- Design workflow to support enabling/disabling audio capture for telephone and multiparty remote hearings
- Design workflow to support accurate reporting for newly enabled remote hearings
- Design workflow to support remote management of help center operations and capture of remotely conducted help sessions.
- Design and build new letters so that community service staff should be able to send necessary correspondence to respondents.
- Design and build new web service to nightly print (i.e. auto and manually) generated letters to respondents.
- Design and build new reports depending on user’s requirements.
- Develop Multithreading techniques for creating high performance applications web services.
- Database Validation, Creation and Management of Schemas, writing Stored Procedures, Functions, DDL, DML SQL queries to intercept with .Net application for DCA project.
- Perform coding as per the requirement using the .NET technology framework class library.
- Code the application for Web Services using Patterns including Service Oriented Architecture (SOA), Model View Controller (MVC), Facade, Factory, Singleton, Database Access Application Block (DAAB), and Exception Handling Application Block (EHAP).
- Design and code to develop applications using ASP.NET, ADO.NET, .NET, SQL SERVER 2005/2008, Web services, SOAP, HTML 4/5, XML.
- Implement the n-tier application with UI, Business layer and Database to accommodate the adjudication process and sync the date from DCA.
- Create Dynamic connection configuration for packages to work with the application to perform adjudication process.
- Unit test the code as per the design/requirement
- Perform the unit testing for the defined task and deploy in testing environment for sanity, regression, and functionality testing.
