Job Title: Scrum Master

Job Description:
- 5+ years of experience working as a Scrum Master or Project Manager or Solution architect on Data, BI, & Analytics projects
- Complete command over all stages of software development lifecycle from scoping, requirement gathering, development, testing, and continuous delivery
- Exemplifies and promotes Agile values and principles
- Proven track record of identifying and implementing improvements to processes and projects
- Ability to effectively manage a global team of 7-10 associates working remotely
- Expertise in Business Intelligence or Data warehousing or ETL projects with a focus on data modeling and data engineering
- Delivers technology architecture artifacts, possibly including reference architectures or concepts of operation
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills, including communicating technical issues to non-technical audiences
Ability to resolve conflicts and remove impediments
- A Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, related field (business, finance, mathematics, computer science), or equivalent professional experience is required
