**From the manager:

We are looking to build an automated digital assistant messaging application. We currently have a bot but it’s very limited in functionality. It is essentially a multiple choice menu. We want to replace this bot with something that has more capabilities. The goal of this is to go full natural language process and understanding, work through Dialogflow to return some meaningful results. W want to make this really interactive. We are going to launch a new mobile portfolio and this is going to be a big highlight in the release. This will be part of the brand new mobile experience.
