       Working knowledge of SurePay and 5G OCS (Online Charging System)  feature functionality with ability to independently author, test and deliver high quality complex MOPs

•                     Experienced in OCS/MCAS/eSM platform and SurePay application as well as experienced in virtual/cloud platform (i.e. OpenStack) deployment.

•                     Hands on experience on deployment, integration and configuration of SurePay and 5G OCS applications in complex customer networks. Ability to independently troubleshoot SurePay and 5G OCS issues and work across teams to provide resolutions,

•                     Good customer facing skills and knowledge of SurePay and 5G OCS Reference Data
