We need PEGA profiles with below specific skills.

 

Here are few specific CTI requirements
1. Experience in working at the Pega Customer service framework with PegaCALL telephone integration.
2. Strong knowledge on Computer Telephonic Integration architecture.
3. Hands-on experience in debugging & problem-solving on CTI issues.(Pega and Cisco)
4. Experience in working on Platform version of 7.x or higher.
