• Equipment and Digital Innovation - Next Gen Vending Project – Quick Pick By PepsiCo Cooler -QuickPick By PepsiCo is an unattended IoT Smart Fixture with Camera Vision with an authentication mechanism. Solution will be comprised of on edge (cooler) technology equipment tied to a backend cloud system for controls and management. PepsiCo is working with suppliers to develop the solution, so this role is focused on evaluating current contenders.
