Job Description
- Supports the GLOBE Solution and complementary applications, primarily in the areas of Manufacturing, Distribution, White Collar Costing, Integration aspects and Period End Close functional areas including reporting.
- Sustaining, implementing, process improvement, and leverage activities delivering process implementation and improvement targets.
- Striving to deliver simplified, standardized and shared processes and solutions that satisfy the business needs.
- Strengthening solutions through leveraging their expertise.
- Co-ordinate all deployment initiatives within the project and proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crisis, and devise contingency plans

Technical Skills
1. 5+ Years of experience with SAP (R/3 & S/4 Hana) or 3 full lifecycle implementations of SAP Product Costing in a consumer goods environment.
2. Expert Knowledge of SAP PCM, SAP Product Costing, SAP Activity based Costing and Cost allocation methodologies, Forecasting & Budgeting and Integration knowledge with other SAP modules.
Other Skills
1. Excellent Manufacturing business knowledge. Preferred experience in Accounting/Finance function (e.g. Sales, Factory, Supply Chain Controller etc.)
2. Project Management skills - Co-ordinate all deployment initiatives; Define and establish scope; Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans; Coach other members in the project
3. Fast moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry experience in a multicultural/ varied nationality environment
