Strong core BA skills-can prepare client communications, interface with the client partners, and support the team as a business analyst with our sprint story board
Great presentation and organizational skills

- Experience working in Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) environments preferred
- Healthcare experience preferred
- Hands on experience in Data migration projects preferred
- Previous working experience with offshore development teams.
- Cloud experience is nice have

- 4-5 years of Business Analyst experience
Responsibilities
- Review, analyze and evaluate business systems and user needs.
- Document requirements, define scope and objectives and formulate systems to parallel overall business strategies.
- Work with Practice Architect and Lead ETL Dev to communicate and prioritize these requirements to offshore development team.
- Determine operational objectives by studying business functions; gathering information; evaluating output requirements and formats
- Construct workflow charts and diagrams; studying system capabilities; writing specifications
- Works with stakeholders and project team to prioritize collected requirements.
- Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information and trends
- Understand and communicate the operational impact of any changes
- Conduct insightful, ad hoc analyses to investigate ongoing or one-time operational issues
