Will be part of the Support team of an application developed on IBM Business Process Management (BPM) and support interfaces/integration with various existing/ other systems, services and tools.
Services mentioned below will be in the context of the support and maintenance project.

Services to be provided
1. Definition of Services
a. Incident Management
b. Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
c. Permanent fix for repetitive incident
d. Support Health check initiatives
e. Weekend on-call support to take care of any patching/upgrades to cornerstone application /server OS etc. Weekday Support
