Duties
- Performing business process re-engineering
- Conducting fit/gap analyses
- requirements planning and management, elicitation, analysis, and communication supporting applications development
- Translation of business requirements into well-formed technical and system requirements
- Creating various data and behavior models, process/flow models, and usage models to provide direction to application developers
- Facilitating the development of production support plans for new applications
Mandatory Requirements
- Analyzes an organization or business domain (real or hypothetical) and documents its business or processes or systems, assessing the business model or its integration with technology with distinct deliverables to a solution.
- Experience (8+ Years)
Requirements
- Bachelor level or higher degree
- Business Analyst (CBAP) certification or equivalent BA credential/education.
- 84 months of experience in requirements planning and management, elicitation, analysis, and communication.
- 84 months of experience assisting in the translation of business requirements into design specifications.
- 84 months of experience identifying and documenting existing business processes, creating various data and behavior models, process/flow models, and usage models to provide direction to application developers.
- 84 months experience with internal and external stakeholder communications and outreach, including the development of presentations and other materials that promote the rethinking of core business processes and envisioning of a reengineered environment.
- 12 months experience working on projects for the public sector/government.
