Deep understanding of Duck Creek Platform with expertise in claims processes.
Understand client’s requirements on Claims and its business liabilities.
Identify configuration/customization needed in Duck Creek Claims product according to client’s business needs and operations.
Ability to work with clients and team members to understand and interpret business requirements, evaluate those requirements via a technology solution, and present that solution back to both the business and IT teams.
Full knowledge of software engineering life cycle including Agile environment.
Ability to communicate with multiple stakeholders.
