- Architecture and Technical Integration of SAP GRC platform with SAP On-premise Landscapes and Applications, specifically:
- Support the initial Set up, prototyping, installation, configuration, and enhancements process to implement GRC’s ERM module for this On-Premise implementation
- Conduct a Fit-Gap analysis of the Requirements for an Organization wide Enterprise Risk Management module having a complete understanding of the Standard Functionality relating to:
- Risk Planning
- Risk Identification
- Risk Analysis
- Risk Response
- Risk Monitoring
- Perform hands on configuration of the Risk Management module ensuring an implementation following SAP Best Practices
- Develop Configuration Document and any other Technical documentations relating to the implementation.
- Develop and document standard operating procedures and guidelines in respect of administration, technical configuration, auditing, life-cycle management and monitoring of the GRC platform.
- Guiding Security team to ensure the roles for each Persona within the ERM solution is build properly with the necessary integration points between the other ERP systems.
- Develop an integration strategy and roadmap for the GRC implementation with a Cloud based approach following the SAP’s Roadmap for GRC.
- SAP Process Control and Access Control
- Support the ongoing Business requirements formulation process for GRC from a Solution Architecture perspective, designing and documenting the related configurations for the SAP GRC solution per blueprint in relation to the usage of Process Control and Access Control.
- Review the current solution deployed and the various components (SAP HANA, IDM, ECC, CRM SRM BW etc.) and advise on ways to enhance already deployed solutions in light of the GRC deployment.
- Help customers harmonize master data to facilitate the GRC deployment
- Reporting Requirements
- Provide guidance and technical support to ensure the reporting requirements are being captured correctly and ensuring this information is provided to the BI Team.
- Provide recommended best practices on ways ensuring GRC reporting modules are correctly integrated leveraging the latest developments and integrating with SAP Analytics.
Qualifications and experience:
- Overall 12+ years of experience on SAP GRC implementation, specifically: - 12 years Hands-On experience with SAP GRC using the following modules/areas
- SAP GRC Risk Management
- SAP GRC Access Control
- SAP GRC Process Control and Fraud Management
- GRC reporting - At least two full life cycle implementation of SAP GRC and Cloud solutions including end-to-end implementation of SAP GRC Risk Management.
- Hands on experience with Cloud/On-Premise hybrid integration is required in addition to integration with other SAP products such as IDM and Solution Manager.
- Strong functional knowledge on the following GRC modules but also on other SAP modules including Finance, Supply Chain, HCM and BPC is required:
- SAP Risk Management
- SAP Process Control
- SAP Access Control
- SAP Cloud Access Governance
Additional DESIRABLE experience:
- Knowledge of the SAP Security
- Being in tune with the GRC roadmap where machine learning and predictive analytics is of prime importance with Risk Assessment and with Auditing.
