Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Troubleshooting and resolving problems found in PeopleSoft and related modules
- Analyzing, designing, developing, testing, implementing and documenting effort on supported systems
- Provide general assistance with help desk tickets for all IT application teams.
- Assisting with routine operational and configuration tasks necessary for internal IT processes.
- Helping investigate and document Root Cause Analysis efforts and coordinates a problem resolution effort.
- Participating in migration effort from PeopleSoft HCM to Oracle HCM
Knowledge/Skill Requirements:
- Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud
- Create reports using BIP and OTBI
- 2+ years of experience in OracleHCM Cloud (Core HR, Talent, Learn, Benefits, and Payroll) or Oracle HVM Cloud Reporting/Dashboards
- Experience with Peoplesoft HCM (HR, Time, & Labor)
- Experience implementing service-oriented architecture (SOA) patterns
- Hands-on experience with any analytical and presentation tools such as: SAS, "R", Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, Tibco, Microstrategy, etc
- Exposure to leveraging SharePoint for solution delivery
- Familiarity with the electric utility industry
