Resource should be able to support the following modules and activities.

•         Oracle HCM Cloud – Absence Management

•         Oracle HCM Cloud – Learning

•         Oracle HCM Cloud – Benefits (Canada)

•         Oracle HCM Cloud – Workforce Compensation

•         Oracle HCM Cloud – Global Human Resources

•         Oracle HCM Cloud – Talent Management (Goal and Performance Management)

•         Oracle HCM Cloud – Reporting and Analytics (OTBI)

•         Have a complete understanding of all HCM technologies in order to create brand compliant training materials (guides, videos, FAQs) for new systems

•         Update existing training materials when there are changes to processes or functionalities.

•         Manage the translation process for learning materials.

•         Create all guides in several languages (up to 13)

•         Develop web-based training course on GEMS. (Adobe Captivate)

•         Develop PowerPoint presentations and other types of materials for trainings, presentations and reference.

•         Other ad-hoc requests related to the HCM systems (Payroll, GEMS, Avature)
