Must be a UI .Net Developer with Responsive Design.  Must also have Bootstrap.

Technical – responsive Web UI, XP, HTML, CSS, Javascript  

Soft – strong communication, interpersonal skills                  

Needs someone who has experience with responsive Web UI and XP. The gap on his team is within the front end/GUI. Web Designer experience would also be helpful.

For this, the primary core skills would be:

Nice to haves would be someone who is local and open to converting to become an employee. With that being said, he does not want to limit the candidate pool.
