Role: Lead .NET Developer
Location: Memphis, TN (Initial remote)

Need a Lead Software Engineer for Warehouse and Financials.
Must Have:
- Warehouse and Financials
- SSRS, Crystal Report and SSIS
- REST APIs and Micro services
- C#, SQL Server
Skill Requirements
- Analytical and focused with a software development degree and background
- Demonstrated hands-on experience with warehouse management software such as Accellos / HighJump / Koerber
- Demonstrated hands-on experience with financial software such as Sage
- Experience with integration tools such as Realisable IMan/ and Pentaho
- Experience with REST APIs and Micro services
- Familiarity with modern DB technologies such as DynamoDB, Couchbase, Splunk, etc.
- Experience with performance tuning tools
- Fluent on SQL Server
- Experience with architectural and design patterns (i.e. Service Oriented Architectural, MVC and Dependency Injection)
- Understanding of Agile methodologies
- Excellent troubleshooting and both verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications – particularly Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Experience in warehousing information technology is a must
- Proficient in writing functional documentation including use cases and/or user stories and technical documentation, capability matrixes, performing ROI/feasibility analysis, and using ticketing systems
- Proven ability to manage and lead a team with direct responsibility business-critical applications
- Experience with SSRS, Crystal Report and SSIS
- Experience with C#
- Hands-on project management experience and/or certification is beneficial
- Experience with Jira, Confluence and/or ServiceNow is beneficial
- Other programming language experience such as Java, PHP, PICK, etc. is beneficial

Responsibilities
- Subject matter expert for warehouse management and financial systems with internal and external partners in strategy / project initiation, architecture, requirements analysis, design, project management, development, systems integration activities and testing
- Collaborate with internal teams to produce software designs, architecture, integrations and ultimately deliver software that drives our warehousing operations globally
- Write architecture documents such as software design specifications, system architectures and software requirements specifications
- Create product roadmaps and participate in the execution of the roadmaps using custom and third-party software, removing customizations and complexities
- Write clean, scalable code
- Develop, test and deploy applications and systems
- Revise, update, refactor and debug code and integrations
- Evaluate and streamline processes to maximize efficiency and effectiveness of technologies
- Review, evaluate, and recommend tools including Open Source frameworks to simplify development efforts
- Monitor industry trends and identify best practices and methodologies to implement in-house
- Create, build, consume REST APIs and Microservices
- Adhere to Enterprise Architecture standards and strategy for JP including business application, integration, data, and infrastructure architectures
- Participate in deep architectural discussions and design exercises to create solutions built on cloud platform while ensuring solutions are designed for successful deployment in the cloud
- Responsible for ongoing improvement of technical, analytical, and procedural tasks
- Manage communication of on-going support to team members and stakeholders
- Work with other IT team members to provide technical guidance and integration of warehouse management systems with third party logistics companies
- Responsible for on-going maintenance release documentation; managing requirements/clarifications with technical teams, escalation point for system support
- Provide necessary communication to architecture and IT leadership.
- Create/Maintain CICD for warehouse management and financial systems
