Position Description:
The purpose of this role is to provide end-to-end product management leadership for our clients  Health’s portfolio of new product development, product enhancements, and capabilities projects.  This position works in collaboration with Operations, Data and Technology, Clinical, Sales, Marketing, Network Management; third party software providers, project sponsors and related Steering Committees; and with other Business and IT stakeholders to ensure that release plans and processes entail the required details and deliverables, etc. This role is responsible for the planning, tracking and stat using of a project portfolio for key release initiatives and products as well as serving as an internal subject matter expert on the people, process, and technology needed to support product and ensure final product delivered to market meets those requirements.  This person must have the desire and ability to work in a highly collaborative, self-directed team environment.

Manage product design, build, and launch for multiple new and enhanced products. Coordinate and drive information, schedule, and decision with a multi-domain team including marketing, sales, operations, data and technology, clinical strategy, and corporate services. Become an internal expert on the people, process, and technology needed to support product and ensure final product delivered to market meets those requirements. Experience with both payer and provider side of health care delivery a BIG PLUS This candidate will collaborate with cross functional teams to provide end to end management of all projects assigned in the portfolio from initiation to deployment, serve as product owner for assigned products.

Required Skills:
•3 years Product/Portfolio Management- ensures product vision is realized and functionality is available; managing development issues; knowledgeable in both the business a technical to ensure business capabilities and features are being realized
•What is the preferred background for candidates being considered? Program management within healthcare system, hospital, healthcare provider and/or healthcare insurance experience.
•Ability to manage cross-functional project teams for large-scale programs through entire release life cycle.
•Managing workstreams, managing design and process and bringing products to market
•Demonstrated ability to organize and plan several complex and detailed product development efforts including people, process, and technology elements simultaneously.
•Ability to report risks, impediments, sprint and release plans to senior management.
•3 years’ experience in a technology environment required (development and/or technical business analysis)
•1 + year exposure to budget and financials
•7+ years of experience
•SQL and data modeling concepts
•Requirements analysis,
•Requirements management,
•SCRUM / AGILE software lifecycle experience.  

Nice to Have:
• Product design and ownership experience and knowledge of Lean and Agile principles and practices.
• Advanced interpersonal skills, to help negotiate priorities and to resolve conflicts among project stakeholders.
• Experience and knowledge of both health care payer systems, processes, and activities and health care provider systems, processes, and activities
