Responsibilities

•             Operational Support and Maintenance

•             Minor/Major enhancements for Forms and Services 

•             Break-Fix Support – provide troubleshooting and support 

•             Ticket Handling – Monitors the ticket queue (Incidents, Work Orders, Changes), works on the tickets to ensure timely resolution of tickets. 

•             Communicate openly with management

•             Influence quality and productivity through process improvements

Required Skills

•             Proficient with the following programming languages: C#, .NET, MVC

•             Proficient with Object Oriented Programming, consuming APIs

•             Proficient with RESTful API

•             Strong MS SQL and relational DB Skills with good knowledge on SSIS

•             Familiarity with source control, branching, merging, and release cycles, preferably using TFS

•             Excellent verbal and written communication skills

•             Able to tackle large programming tasks, independently or working in a team.

Desired Skills

•             Efficient with multiple languages including JavaScript, Python, and MongoDB

•             Must have strong teamwork orientation and the ability to promote collaboration within teams

•             Strong problem determination and analytical skill to enhance large and interrelated systems.
