Primary Skills:
Requirement Management, Software Development life cycle (SDLC) using Agile & DevOps, Business Process and SDLC process documentation, Confluence, Jira, Technical writing, Project Planning, Risk Management, Communication Management, Stakeholder Management
- 8+ years of experience working with teams developing and delivering software products/applications/services with minimum 4 years of experience in Project Management/Program Management role.
- Expert in project planning, monitoring & controlling , risk management, escalation management, stakeholder management, conflict management, and people management.
- Well-versed with agile scrum methodology and DevOps practices that includes short development cycles and working with multi-disciplinary roles across teams.
- Experience working with project teams implemented Service-oriented architecture and software for high availability, security and performance.
- Experience and ability to work in matrix organization and manage project work across multiple teams/disciplines meeting Time, Quality and Cost targets.
- Experience is defining Project management specific KPI metrics, track and monitor various internal and customer specific KPI/SLA metrics, prepare for and conduct reviews with senior management.
- Solid understanding of Confluence, Jira and used them effectively to capture project specific artifacts/information.
- Strong analysis, technical writing, and presentation skills.
- Experience working with business teams to understand the refine requirements definition.
- Experience in creating high-quality, detailed Functional Design Specifications at a granular level such that development. and test teams can implement the features and components defined in the specification correctly and efficiently.
- Experience in defining User Stories for products and service features and capabilities.
- Define high-level data flows clearly indicate the processing required between components or systems.
- Owns and drives entire Software product development Life cycle specific documentation compliance.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills required.
