 Job Description:
 

 Need a Senior Web UI Developer, the primary responsibility is handling the development and support needs of Securitized Products Finance Business in Investment Banking IT Division.

The candidate should be able to understand thoroughly the end-to-end application development methodology, become fully conversant with all tools to provide effective end-to-end application support.

Responsibilites:
Design and develop enterprise applications.
Familiarize with the applications, tools, feeds, databases, and batch files that are being supported by the team.
Document, troubleshoot and isolate problems encountered in Production.

The candidate is expected to be an extremely qualified developer of the highest caliber, capable of independently extracting requirements, deducing development tasks, and delivering components.

Required Skills: 

8+ years in developing software solutions
Expert in HTML and SCSS (Angular Material is nice to have)
Expert Experience in Web development with Angular (React/AngularJS/Vue)
Passionate about JavaScript and/or TypeScript application development
Understand the JavaScript execution context, variable hoisting, and the asynchronous nature of JavaScript
Debugging JavaScript using the browser tools (IE11 / Chrome / Edge)
Writing unit test using JavaScript (Jest/Mocha/Jasmine), Node.js etc. are nice-to-have skills.
Must have GIT experience and preferably basic knowledge of GIT flow
Experience with JIRA is a plus
Experience working on a public facing SPA is a plus
Previous experience with SCRUM and Agile software development a plus
Working knowledge of C# and .NET a plus
Database skills with any RDBMS systems (primarily SQL Server) a plus
Experience working in an Agile team that is trying to follow SCRUM best practices
Excellent communication skills
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Must be a self-starter and be able work well in fast paced, dynamic environment.
Highly analytical, proactive and detail oriented.
Must be able to work effectively with clients and team members in other locations.

Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of the investment banking or banking sector support environment would be
beneficial.
