NEED TO BE UI DEVELOPER

Must haves:
- UI Engineer with 2-5 years of experience and willingness to learn
- Experience in a Windows environment
- Angular 2 or above 
- HTML/CSS3 
- Visual Studio or Code
- General understanding layout of web page (not Design, but ability to know generally how to layout page)
- Ability to communicate well with team and business

 Nice to have:
- Photoshop 
- UX experience
- BootStrap 
- Javascript/Jquery
