o Level 2/3 Production Support Operations lead familiar with telecom services (OSS Domain: Provisioning/Activation)
o Well versed on setting up initial operational processes’ SoP / MoP and other baseline activities for a new application service launch from scratch
o Well versed with production systems’ alert monitoring tools and tracking dashboards (AppDynamics, Nagios, Remedy, ALM, Jira)
o Hands-on experience in troubleshooting / triaging production issues on the OSS domain (Splunk / ELK log search/query)
o Familiar with REST API / Endpoints’ testing using CURL / Postman for issue reproduction / fix verification
o Familiar with system patching, configuration scripts maintenance, Cloud PAAS environments (AWS)
o Knowledge about OSS / BSS architecture in mobile / telecom services
o Awareness about load balancers, service scaling, API gateway, health check monitors,
o Worked on automation using Python or any scripting language to monitor system performance and accordingly do capacity planning
o Knowledge on troubleshooting Memory / Resource issues on the servers and have worked on platform optimizations/resource rationalizations
o Familiar with Kanban execution model for operational issues tracking, wiki documentation, executive dashboard reports on SLA/MTTR etc…
o Ability to do proper RCA and share detailed reports for product enhancement / support incident reductions
