Title: SRE/DevOps Engineer

Job Description:

JD: (Within the SRE, profile can be for Build or Run or Support team. So, while sharing the profile, please mention the same)

Build team:

1. Experience with Jenkins setting up pipelines, scheduling jobs

2. Experience with Gitlab: Must

3. Experience with Kubernetes cluster: Deploying K8s, ingress controllers, Microservices

4 Terraform with Helm charts

5. AWX: Ansible scripting

6. VMware Horizon

7. AWS and Azure

8. Deployment experience in AWS and/or Azure.

Run Team:

1. AWS and Azure (Both)

2. OS patching for Windows and Linux

3. Security remediation

4. Admin experience with Ansible, Kubernetes, Jenkins & Windows/Linux

5. Patching and security remediation experience in cloud platforms.

Support Team:

1. Customer facing experience

2. Troubleshooting solutions in AWS and Azure

3. Salesforce/service now

4. Windows/Linux administration

5. Customer facing service desk experience and troubleshooting experience in cloud platforms.

For each of our virtual teams, the following also need to be taken into consideration:

•             Specifically for Build – folks need deployment experience in AWS and/or Azure.

•             Specifically for Run – folks need patching and security remediation experience in cloud platforms.

•             Specifically for Support – folks need customer facing service desk experience and troubleshooting experience in cloud platforms.
