Should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP CRM Trade Promotion Management (TPM) and Customer Business Planning (CBP)
Experience in SAP TPM, CBP Classical and Simplified Data Model, Funds Management Integration, Claim & Dispute management
Experience in SAP TPM with integration with BW and S/4 HANA system in terms of Classical and Simplified data model
Must have experience in SAP TPM solution and integration with ERP & Demand Planning. Experience of configuration for spend promotion types & their impact on overall design
Must have end-to-end knowledge of customer planning and Trade promotion management processes including integration with SAP ERP and Demand planning and strong knowledge of underlying architecture of SAP TPM and CBP
Experience in implementing plan DSOs, planning functions, relevant BAdI's in CRM and BW, BW data model for CBP & TPM, reporting, KPIs, etc.
Technical expert in troubleshooting issues and working with SAP support teams as necessary for resolution
Must have familiarity with end-to-end testing for TPM and Volume planning across CRM, BW, ECC and Demand Planning and should be able to manage test planning & execution
Should be able to lead the requirements and process discussions during blueprint phase and be responsible for the architecture
