·         8+ years of diversified experience in software industry as QA Lead, Manual Tester, Automation Tester, ETL Tester, Big Data Tester

·         Strong in analyzing and writing Complex SQL queries to build expected results and to compare expected and actual results in Teradata, Hadoop, Hive, Impala, PySPARK , Oracle, SQL Server and IBM DB2 for ETL Validations

·         Currently working as QA Lead at client location working on different projects which include Data Warehouse & Business Intelligence/Analytics Applications.

·         Building/using ETL testing frameworks preferable using PYTHON Programming.

·         Strong knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) as well as Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and the Role of QA in different testing methodologies like Agile and Waterfall methodologies

·         Proven experience in Functional Testing, Integration Testing, Performance Testing, Database Testing, System Testing, Regression Testing, Sanity Testing, Smoke Testing, User Acceptance Testing and Black box testing.

·         Hands on experience in creating Test Plans, Test Strategy, Test cases, Test Designs, Test Analysis, Test data

·         Experience in Python, Unix commands, Shell scripting and Tableau reporting would be preferable.

·         Solid experience in Test Management tools like ALM, HP Quality Center, JIRA, Version One.

·         Exercise good judgment about which tools to use and when to use them

·         Good written and oral communication skills
