Daily Duties

- Converting legacy Sql job/objects running on MS 2014 SQL, re-create all functionality using AWS constructs

- May need to transform to Postgres, or may pull all functionality and move to Glue

Candidates must be familiar with AWS in general, Redshift, Aurora, Glue, Lambda, and S3. The languages involved would be Microsoft SQL, Postgres SQL, and Python.

- Not looking for an architect (there are 4 on hand), but we do need an engineer to execute, implement, configure the work that architects hand down

- Over 200 objects that need to be connected

- Cloud familiarity

- Heavy use of Python coding

- Must be well-versed with AWS Lambda, Glue, S3

- Must be familiar with Redshift, Postgres, Terraform

- IAM provisioning, access/permissions – utilizing IAM roles
