Essential Skills   

SAP ERP Sales and Distribution (SD), SAP Global Trade Services (GTS)

5+ years’ experience in SAP Order to Cash process and CRM (forecast, booking, opportunity)

Experience in Incidents management and Enhancement

Order to Cash – variant configuration & BOM (IT), Pricing, MRP, status management, Shipping, Billing.

Workflow, IDOCs, reports, New report / transaction creation, Interface, BAPI/BADI

Implementation / Rollout / Migration projects knowledge is required

CRM-Sales Forecast & UI Configurations

Basic knowledge of GTS

Able to write functional specs and UAT/SIT script

Good at co-ordination and communication to business and IT

Able to materialize the requirements from SD and CRM side with business and implement those with Technical team
