Job Description:

•             Minimum 7-8 years of overall IT experience and 5+ years of SAP Commissions implementation

•             Sr. Developer worked on at least 2 End to End SAP Commission/Callidus Cloud implementations

•             Compensation Plan Configuration, Dashboard and Administration.

•             Good understanding of CDL/ODI Framework.

•             Integration experience with Workday and SAP BW and Crystal Reporting is good to have.

•             Experience in SAP HANA DB and Integration tools such as SAP SDI

•             Provide technical expertise in designing, supporting and adopting SAP Commissions /Callidus Cloud management solution

•             Strong communication skills to be able to effectively communicate to IT/business stakeholders as appropriate

•             Provide solution and independently manage customer expectations.

•             Understanding of SAP PI is a plus
