JD:

Java development/coding, along with C#, Scala, Python, etc. Some other areas include strong SQL, design experience, able to design and develop systems at massive scale.

Primary requirements include:

• 6+ years’ experience with solid OO development, including strong Java, C#, Scala, and Python

• Very comfortable developing production level software, strong architecture and design experience

• T-SQL experience as well as proficient cloud experience with AWS

• Comfortable working with distributed systems and applications that can scale

• Some preferable experience includes Machine Learning, distributed software systems, data schema design, network analysis, etc.

Nice to have experience:

• Experience with or knowledge of Amazon EMR, Lambda

• SQL and Scala

Prefer local engineers to Seattle that can work on W2.
