Position Summary:

 

• Automation Equipment (Pick & Place systems, Servo actuators, Robotics) spare parts identification and setup
• Spare parts Critical to Quality Identification and Risk assessment (FMEA)
• Spare parts manual creation
• Automation Equipment Preventative Maintenance Identification
• Unplanned Downtime reduction
• Pneumatic Schematic creation / PI&D
• Electrical Schematic / PLC understanding
• Perform to support customer for CAD (SolidWorks or Inventor)

drawing and other documentation activities for Manufacturing

• Create or Modify CAD drawings with respect to the redlines (Cables & Mechanical drawings)
• Review deliverable and all associated documentation with respective stakeholders
• Preliminary review of CO Creation by coordinating with offshore team.
• Co-ordinate and Follow-up with relevant stakeholders on as-needed basis for collecting support data for creation and closure
• To coordinate with suppliers for any technical inputs & requirements.
• Provide inputs to offshore team and providing solutions to enhance the project deliverables
• Identify productivity improvement areas and implementation
• Project management and scheduling
• Preparing work instructions / Standard operating procedures which are required to client which helps to bench mark the process and maintain the good documentation practices.
• Promote a culture of compliance to regulations, standards, and procedures and risk management throughout the organization. 

Essential Responsibilities:

·         Coordinate with the offshore team execution and addressing technical queries to resolve the gaps and review deliverables.

·         Inform to client key stake holders regarding ongoing challenges and bottlenecks.

·         Maintain and adhere to the project timelines as per requirements to make sure the compliance.

·         Monitors and track the progress to meet the customer expectations and quality requirements.

·         Performs other related duties as assigned by management. (20%)

 

Qualifications

Education and Experience:

Essential:

·        Bachelor’s Degree – Mechanical Engineering Discipline or equivalent.

·         Minimum of 4 to 6 years of working experience in the   Manufacturing and R&D

 communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.

·         Hands on Experience in Equipment Design Engineering in Medical devices industry is an added advantage.

·         Understanding and knowledge of regulations and standards (e.g. 21 CFR 820; 21 CFR 210/211; ISO 13485; ISO 9001; EU MDD/MDR;
