JOB DETAIL

1. Person with hands on experience in managing IVR testing and Agent Desktop validation 

2. Should have knowledge in building solutions using API, Winium, Selenium, QTest, Jira 

3. Experience withCyara CX modelling 

4. Knowledge about Validating Omni channel, self-service Voice and Chat BOTs, Genesys Cloud 

5 .Have good understanding on SIP, RTP, CTI, SBC & Smart Client (Genesys WDE) 6. Should have built Test Strategy for larger program and have good communication skill.
