Role Description-

⦁ Provides guidance to a team of developers that supports the company’s Retirement services department.⦁ Interacts with the business users and product owners with regards to their business needs.⦁ Participates in the system architectural and engineering designs and planning.⦁ Serves as the key person that provides support to production issues and immediate requests.⦁ Key person being contacted for off-hours production issues.⦁ Develops, enhances and manages applications coded in Cobol, Delphi, SSIS or MS SQL as outlined in the specification document.⦁ Participates in Sprint planning and team collaboration in Agile environment.Cobol and Delphi Developer – Legal And General America, Insurance (Frederick, MD) ⦁ Provides production support.⦁ Develop, enhances and manages applications coded in Cobol, Delphi, SSIS or MS SQL as outlined in the specification document.⦁ Participates in Sprint planning and team collaboration in Agile environment.
