Job Description:

• Provides guidance to a team of developers that supports the company’s Retirement services department.
• Interacts with the business users and product owners with regards to their business needs.
• Participates in the system architectural and engineering designs and planning.
• Serves as the key person that provides support to production issues and immediate requests.
• Key person being contacted for off-hours production issues.
• Develops, enhances and manages applications coded in Cobol, Delphi, SSIS or MS SQL as outlined in the specification document.
• Participates in Sprint planning and team collaboration in Agile environment.
