Provides guidance to a team of developers that supports the company’s Retirement services department.

⦁ Interacts with the business users and product owners with regards to their business needs.

⦁ Participates in the system architectural and engineering designs and planning.

⦁ Serves as the key person that provides support to production issues and immediate requests.

⦁ Key person being contacted for off-hours production issues.

⦁ Develops, enhances and manages applications coded in Cobol, Delphi, SSIS or MS SQL as outlined in the specification document.

⦁ Participates in Sprint planning and team collaboration in Agile environment. Cobol and Delphi Developer – Legal And General America, Insurance (Frederick, MD)

⦁ Provides production support.

⦁ Develop, enhances and manages applications coded in Cobol, Delphi, SSIS or MS SQL as outlined in the specification document.
