Strong demonstrable experience in HP NonStop/Tandem solutions with large B2C organization.

Design and Development and migration experience in Tandem applications and should be able to identify and manage risks upfront and plan for it.

15+ years of working experience in COBOL, SCOBOL, NSQL SQL MP, SQL MX, Enscribe, Pathway, EINSPECT DEBUG, FUP, SCUP and TACL,TMF,BATCHCOM,SPOOLCOM.

Functional knowledge of Account receivables and Order to Cash and Procure to Pay.

Cloud experience would be nice, specifically S3, Snowflake, AWS.

Working experience in DevOps setup and work environment including Github / Bitbucket.

Experience in app troubleshooting, optimization, and alignment to user experience.

General Skills

Ability to work in an agile environment with Jira and associated tools.

Customer facing with good communication, problem solving and planning skills.

Able to lead team of developers and coordinate with cross-teams.

Role/ Responsibilities

Own and lead the Tandem solution architecture, delivery quality and customer satisfaction

Regular and pro-active updates to customer stakeholders and internal leaders on risks, mitigation, and delivery

Lead development team in building OLTP and Batch applications

Hands-on with app profiling, troubleshooting, performance, and experience optimization

Perform reviews and audit design and code

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (UX, API, QA) to define features, dependencies, and plan rollouts
