Required Qualifications
• 3+ years of Tomcat and JBOSS support and implementation experience
• 5+ years of WebSphere support and implementation experience
• 5+ years of Apache support and implementation experience
• 5+ years of application support experience
• Linux system administration (RHEL)
• Understanding automated configuration management tools (e.g. Ansible, BMC Blade Logic)
• Application servers (Apache Tomcat, Websphere v9, JBoss)
• Knowledge and understanding of Jenkins, GIT, Crontab, uDeploy
• Working Knowledge of UNIX Shell scripting/Python/standard scripting tools
• Azure and AWS; exposure to cloud platforms
• Load balancing (F5*, Netscaler)
• Experience with Docker and related tools a plus (Kubernetes)
• Knowledge and understanding of Siteminder SSO, MQ/IIB connectivity
• API Gateways (CICS, Mulesoft)
• Broad understanding of Security protocols including HTTPS, SSL.

Preferred Qualifications
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• 2+ years of Java experience and troubleshooting java applications
• AWS Cloud and Azure: 1 year or exposure
• Experience with performance tuning and troubleshooting
• Experience with general web technologies in a large enterprise (multiple databases, ldap, http protocol, JAVA, html, SSL, etc). General scripting or coding experience.

Experience with DevOps tools and technologies. JVM experience with performance tuning, troubleshooting, general design principals. Integrating application servers and MQ. Developing, testing and maintaining business continuity strategies relating to the application server environment.
